Eco Dressing – Loose Bulk Tipper Delivery

Bailey’s Eco Dressing is available for loose bulk tipper delivery, providing a practical option for bowling clubs, grounds teams, landscapers and homeowners requiring larger quantities of top dressing.

Carefully prepared and screened to 3mm for a fine, consistent texture, Eco Dressing is ideal for bowling green renovation and maintenance, including top dressing following hollow tining, as well as use on fine turf and domestic lawns.

Bulk Eco Dressing for Bowling Greens

Regular top dressing plays an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of a bowling green. Applied across the turf and worked into the surface, Eco Dressing helps fill small depressions, surface voids and minor irregularities, contributing towards a true, smooth and level playing surface.

Eco Dressing is also ideal for use following hollow tining, where the fine dressing can be worked into the open tine holes as part of the renovation process, helping integrate fresh material into the upper turf profile.

As part of a regular bowling green maintenance and renovation programme, Eco Dressing can help:

• Maintain surface trueness by filling minor dips and imperfections.
• Complement hollow tining by working into the open tine holes following aeration.
• Support thatch management by helping dilute organic material within the upper turf profile.
• Support drainage and aeration as part of an appropriate turf maintenance programme.
• Support overseeding by providing a fine covering around newly sown grass seed.
• Repair worn or uneven areas and gradually improve the consistency of the playing surface.

Because Eco Dressing is screened to 3mm, its fine texture makes it particularly suitable for working into closely mown turf and the holes created during hollow tining.

Loose Eco Dressing for Domestic Lawns

Our bulk tipper option is also suitable for larger domestic lawns and landscaping projects where a substantial quantity of top dressing is required.

Eco Dressing can be applied following lawn aeration or hollow tining, used to help correct minor surface unevenness, or spread following overseeding and lawn repairs.

For deeper hollows or significantly uneven areas, gradual improvement through several lighter applications is preferable to covering established grass with a deep layer in a single application.

Please note:  this product is moisture controlled not kiln dried, it ideally applied through a professional belt feed spreader and is not suitable for a domestic fertiliser spreader
