DELIVERY INFORMATION
Bulk Bags Delivery by Crane:
For customers in Norfolk and Suffolk, we aim to deliver bulk bags using our own crane vehicles wherever possible. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, although we will try to accommodate requests with plenty of notice. Our vehicles can weigh up to 32 tonnes fully loaded and cannot drive across grass. The driver will determine the safest suitable unloading point based on access, ground conditions and overhead obstructions. Where the driver considers access suitable and agrees to enter private property at the customer’s request, Bailey’s cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by the vehicle.
Up to 7.5 tonne bulk tipper deliveries:

Pallet Delivery and Access
Bagged products are unloaded using a manually operated pallet trolley, this is like pulling an incredibly heavy shopping trolley so we are unable to deliver unless there is an offload area which is hardstanding, level surface accessible to the lorry, such as a concrete or block-paved driveway with no grass, gravel or slopes (less than 5% gradient) The trolley cannot cross gravel, grass, uneven ground or slopes.
If there is no suitable hardstanding, kerbside delivery may be possible where safe, at the driver’s discretion. You must be present to accept the delivery and arrange to move the goods yourself. Please choose a delivery date when you can be at the address.
If you are unsure about access, contact us before ordering. We may be able to arrange another delivery method. If delivery fails because access is unsuitable, you will be responsible for the transport costs.
